Our Commitment

S & S Associates wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, or who navigate primarily by keyboard. We are continuing to identify and address accessibility issues as we find them.

Conformance Target

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a goal we are actively working towards, not a formal certification or a claim of full conformance today.

What We've Done So Far

• Semantic HTML structure and heading hierarchy throughout the site
• Text sized and spaced for readability, with a colour palette chosen for reasonable contrast
• Forms with visible labels for every field
• A responsive layout that works across desktop and mobile screen sizes

Known Limitations

We haven't yet completed a full, independent accessibility audit of every page. If you encounter a barrier — a control that doesn't work with a keyboard, text that's hard to read, or content that isn't announced correctly by a screen reader — please let us know using the contact details below, and we'll work to fix it.
